Project Status: Since the Norwich CCP gave
the developer the green light, they are now waiting on CT DEP and Federal permits for the revised plan. While
the original plan called for a Jim Fazio World class golf course and club house, the new revision features
a pitch and putt course, with a splash pad water park. Resort? Many Taxpayers think not.
