What's New? What's the next step?
The latest battle fought between developers and community is the Hansen Road, Scotland Road and White Plains Roads
development of an adult community with 185 condo units. We are undergoing a battle to defend our homes and the integrity
of our neighborhood.
10/21/08- decision made by Commission on the City Plan to recommend the City Council file with
the State to reverse the July, 08 decision to change our neighborhood from rural to conservation community.
